Water, Veggies, & Juicing!

One of the first things people ask me when starting a diet to loose weight is, what produce should I consume? How do I start?

My answer to them is that their decision to start changing their body will the the strongest diet out there.

In more technical terms its the amount of encouragement you have inside you to keep going that keeps you on the diet that doesn't set you back. You have to consider the factors that in the long run you might want to quit, or forget to stay on the right path. Breaking in new habits can be a very hard thing to do with some people.

Heres my advice, ease in slowly! Don't over do it! Quickly getting rid of some food that your body is use to consuming can be dangerous. It can cause the body to detox to the extent that you start feeling nauseous, cold or warm suddenly, or even weaker than before. The reason behind it is because all the toxins stored in your body are getting rid of. Just like when we fell sick because of a cold because of the bug that sits inside us is causing us to feel sick. The toxins are exactly the same thing!

SO if you dare start a diet, heres some great tips.

Start including more water in your life, your body is always thirsty. Your skin needs hydration to stay elastic and that what you need right now especially if your loosing weight. Your own body will grow back to its slimmer form much better this way.

Next you need to include more vegetables! Veggies, veggies, and more veggies! You can't simply get enough of these in your life. You need as much as you can get in. This will break down all the fats very easily and feel fuller whenever eating.

Juicing! You need to include more yummy energy drinks for your body. Include some orange, apple, and watermelon juices in your diet. Watermelon? Really? Yes actually it has a lot of iron & zinc.

The main ingredient in all of this is just to keep it up. Just keep going..

Okay so now lets review!

#1 more water
#2 eat veggies
#3 juice

Its really as simple as that.
